Calm you can feel — no app, no ritual, no effort. Follow the simple steps below.

Set up in 5 steps

  1. Charge fully before first use if needed — use the magnetic USB cable.
  2. Hold the button 3 seconds to power on (starts in Calm Mode).
  3. Place over your PC6 point (see below); fasten snug but comfortable.
  4. Hold 3 seconds to cycle modes: Calm (single pulse), Focus (double pulse), Off.
  5. Sessions run 30 minutes, then stop automatically. Recharge when low.

For best results, place SereneSix directly over the PC6 acupressure point on your inner wrist.

  1. Measure three finger-widths down from the wrist crease.
  2. Find the dip between the two tendons.
  3. That’s your PC6 point — position SereneSix here and you’re ready.
